In combination with Glucamate™ SSE-20 and Glucate™ SS mild emulsifiers, Carbopol® Aqua SF-1 OS polymer provides best-in-class co-stabilization of this high oil phase oil-in-water emulsion with 3% of an electrolytic water-soluble UV filter, Phenyl Benzimidazole Sulfonic Acid (PBSA), for long term stability. Avalure™ Flex-6 polymer acts as the sole O/W emulsifier and primary thickener providing efficient and robust stabilization. This non-ionic polymer is compatible with metal oxides (ZnO), while G-66 Guerbet ester functions as the inorganic pigment dispersant for a uniform distribution of the inorganic UV filters.
