Solabia announces the acquisition of Xebios Diagnostics Group, a microbiological diagnostics solution provider with operations in Germany and the Netherlands.
Xebios has built a strong reputation in diagnostic culture media and reagents for the analysis of drinking water, food and beverages, cosmetics and clinical samples, supported by robust industrial capabilities and a well-established commercial presence across Germany and the Benelux region.

Through this acquisition, Solabia significantly reinforces and expands its European diagnostics footprint and activities. Already recognized as one of the global players, particularly in food testing through its Biokar brand, Solabia finds in Xebios a highly complementary partner whose geographic reach and technical expertise broaden the Group’s capabilities. The combination strengthens Solabia’s manufacturing base across France, Germany, and the Netherlands, enhances its innovation capacity, and improves its ability to serve customers with high-performance microbiology solutions.
