Among the highlights, Oilkemia™ 7S polymer earned Silver at the in cosmetics® Makeup Bar and Gold at the BSB Innovation Awards in the Functional Ingredient category. Launched this week in Paris, Oilkemia™ 7S polymer is a biodegradable rheology modifier for oil-based systems, delivering thickening efficiency, clarity, suspension, and stability. Its non-tacky sensory profile makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including Skin Care, Sun Care, Makeup, Hair Care, and Skin Cleansing.
Lubrizol also marked a milestone in nutraceutical innovation. Curcushine™ microcapsules were awarded Best Nutra Ingredient in the Inner Beauty Zone. This recognition is significant, as it coincides with the inaugural year that in cosmetics® Global has introduced nutraceutical ingredients within the show.
