DKSH receives EcoVadis Gold rating for its sustainability achievement

DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials, a distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, has received the Gold rating in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment, achieving 79 points out of 100 and ranking among the top 3% of distributors in the chemical industry.
Beyond DKSH Group’s Gold rating, Business Unit Performance Materials set out to achieve recognition within its specific industry segment, a step that underscores its ongoing journey to drive sustainability leadership across the value chain. This distinction acknowledges their commitment to responsible business practices and continuous improvement across its global operations in the chemicals industry.
Enhancing transparency through a carbon footprint assessment
The Gold rating reflects the commitment of DKSH Business Unit Performance Materials to evaluating and addressing the impact of its daily operations on the environment. Key actions include enhancing transparency through a carbon footprint assessment and strengthening its “Responsible Suppliers Program”. These initiatives build on DKSH’s robust human rights’ due diligence process, advanced environmental practices, high ethical standards, and sustainable procurement initiatives.
