BRASCA to Merge into ROELMI HPC, Strengthen Market Presence and Innovation formalized the binding contracts for the merger of the ingredient operations made by into the current core business.

BRASCA and ROELMI HPC business models have always been related in terms of objectives and they are now ready to combine the expertise to strengthen their presence in the market with high product innovation and tested performance.

Effective from 1st January 2025


Effective from 1st January 2025, BRASCA will be merged into ROELMI HPC. The transaction will be structured by means of the integration of BRASCA's portfolio and knowledge into ROELMI HPC.

With a complementary product portfolio that includes active and functional ingredients, the company is thrilled to expand its skills in new areas, enriching the portfolio with new technologies that were previously unexplored within the ROELMI HOLDING SPA group. This initiative is part of an evolution process that now leads to a new and important chapter, which increasingly strengthens its capillarity within the Personal Care and Cosmetics markets.
