Olea Europaea fruit oil is derived from the evergreen tree or shrub Olea europaea L. The fixed oil from the ripe fruit of the olive, Olea europaea l., in the family Oleaceae, is known as Olea Europaea fruit oil or simply Olive oil. It primarily consists of linoleic, oleic, and palmitic acid glycerides. It is a pale yellow oily liquid that is less dense than water. Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil and the other ingredients derived from olive oil are used in the formulation of many different product types, such as bath products, bath soaps and detergents, cleansing products, depilatories, makeup, hair conditioners, shampoos, skin care products, shaving products, personal cleanliness products, and suntan products. It's one of the best plant sources of skin-identical emollient, Squalene.

What is OLEA EUROPAEA FRUIT OIL used for?
Olea Europaea fruit oil is employed in cosmetics as a skin and hair conditioner as well as a solvent. Shampoos and hair conditioners, cleaning supplies, topical creams and lotions, and sun tan products are examples of products that contain olive oil. It also works as a making and perfuming agent.
- Skin care: It is an emollient plant oil with advantages comparable to those of a number of other unscented plant oils. Due to the presence of fatty acids, some of which are derived from the emollient squalene, it is advantageous for dry skin. It gets easily absorbed into the skin
- Hair care: It tames dry, frizzy hair and moisturizes the scalp and has potent anti-inflammatory properties that lessen scalp itchiness and stop the development of dandruff. Its abundance of fatty acids and vitamins revitalizes and nourishes the scalp, preserving a healthy scalp. It effectively reduces split ends by hydrating the hair and softening the cuticles. It enhances blood flow and strengthens hair follicles to encourage hair growth
Origin
Olea Europaea fruit oil is produced by grinding perfectly ripened olives and extracting the oil by mechanical or chemical means. The olives are ground into a paste using large millstones (traditional method), hammer, blade, or disk mill (modern method). Modern grinders reduce the olives to paste in seconds. After grinding, the paste is stirred slowly for another 20 to 30 minutes in a particular container (malaxation), where the microscopic oil drops aggregate into bigger drops, which facilitates mechanical extraction. The paste is then centrifuged, and the water is separated from the oil in a subsequent centrifugation. Sometimes the produced oil will be filtered to eliminate remaining solid particles.
