Toiletries: Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer by AkzoNobel

Last Updated on Feb 19, 2021

When STRUCTURE® PQ-37M rheology modifier is used as the primary rheology modification ingredient in a hand sanitizer. The result is a richer, creamier formulation compared to those made with traditional polyacrylic acid thickeners. This alcohol-based system is easy to formulate—the liquid STRUCTURE® PQ-37M rheology modifier requires no wetting out or dispersion time, and the mineral oil carrier helps to moisturize and mitigate the drying effect of the ethanol for a smooth and conditioned skin after feel.
