The formulation contains E-Leen® Green C, a mixture of Pentylene Glycol and Glyceryl Caprylate/Caprate, prevents dry skin after hand washing due to its long-lasting skin moisturizing properties. Indeed Pentylene Glycol has moisturizing properties and Glyceryl Caprylate/Caprate is a well known re-fatting agent.
