Stimulating Eye Serum is a light and fresh moisturizing eye serum which helps stimulate tired eyes to reduce the appearance of fine lines. This very simple PEG-free system is stabilized by the combination of Pemulen® TR-1 Polymer, Carbopol® Ultrez 10 Polymer and cetearyl alcohol. The smooth afterfeel is provided by Schercemol™ 1818 and Schercemol™ SHS Esters, both derived from vegetable sources. A formulation by Lubrizol.
