This formulation is suitable, with minor modifications, to be used as a concentrate for impregnating facial cleansing cloths. The SOFTCAT™ SK-L Polymer, a hydrophobically modified, cationic hydroxyethylcellulose, provides good skin feel and aids with the deposition of emollients from the cloth.
