This QUARTZ Clear Conditioner is a water-based, silicone-free and transparent conditioner which detangles locks. It rinses off easily and leaves hair easy to comb without weighing it down. It is eligible for Upcycled Certified™ certification from UFA in US and Canada. It features: 
 

• GENENCARE® OSMS BA: which is a moisturizing osmolyte for hair strengthening and scalp care.
• GENENCARE® OSMS MI: which is an energizing osmolyte. It helps to improve skin oxygenation and stimulate cells metabolism.
• AURIST™ AGC: which is a readily biodegradable, cationic biopolymer for hair conditioning.
