Hair Care: Low Foam Conditioning Wash by Koster Keunen

Low Foam Conditioning Wash is a low foaming sulfate-free cleansing conditioner which includes Kostol BAQ #268 that produces white emulsions with excellent spreadability and deposition to skin and hair. 

Kostol BAQ #268 is a new emulsifying wax that is a blend of high molecular weight fatty alcohols possessing strong emulsifying properties when combined with quats and beheneth-5.
