Nail Polish with Cellulose Acetate is a fast-drying and clear top coat formulation. It contains:
  • Eastman™ CAB-381-0.5 which acts as a film former. It is soluble in a wide range of solvents and compatible with many other resins. It will also tolerate the use of solvent blends currently exempt from certain air pollution regulations.
