Decorative Cosmetics: Multipurpose Liquid Liner – “White Starship” by Eckart

This Multipurpose Liquid Liner – 'White Starship' is an o/w emulsion. It is long-lasting and features:

• Optigel® WX: which is a thickening agent, stabilizer and film former. It offers smoothness and improves lubricity without being sticky.
• Syncrystal® Soft Silver: which is a very fine interference pearlescent pigment. It gives clean silver reflection color to create silky effects in color cosmetics and personal care products.
• Mirage® Glamour Blue: which is a pearlescent pigment with a blue reflection color. It provides outstanding transparency, pleasant skin feeling, stunning effects and very good performance even at low levels of use.
