High coverage liquid lipstick combines intense color and brilliant shine.

Enhans PC-38 #447 thickens and adds slip, as well as contributes to the extended wear of this formula. The Enhans CY-62 #233 and Kester Wax K-82D #167 contribute to the overall gloss, while the Kester Wax K-82P #154 acts as a film former and pigment dispersing aid.
