The hydrophobic substitution of SOFTCAT™ SL-100 polymer is compatible with the traditionally milder amphoteric surfactants used in this application and provides excellent feel both in use and after drying. The cationic nature of the SOFTCAT polymer gently conditions and leaves hair feeling soft and silky.
