TC-MAGIC 3038 by (Tinci) is an excellent W/O and W/Si emulsifier. It is a modified silicone which contains alkyl, polyoxyethylene group, silicone side chain.
It shows good compatibility in different kinds of formula, can be prepared under both cool or hot conditions, with strong emulsifying power, good stability and good compatibility.
It is used in make-up creams, lotions, gels, (high content inorganic/organic sunscreen) sunscreens, foundation, BB cream, barrier foundation, mascara, eye shadow and other makeup products.
