45 years ago KANEKA invented  MS Polymer™, a pioneering silane-modified polyether which has since been used in creating top-tier sealants and adhesives worldwide.

Building on this legacy, KANEKA now introduces KANEKA XMAP™, a Telechelic Polyacrylate with reactive end-functional groups and a polyacrylate backbone. This polyacrylate backbone offers high heat and UV resistance, and varied monomer compositions that provide unique properties like oil resistance and compatibility with other materials.

KANEKA XMAP™ is transforming industries with its advanced properties. In construction, it provides super durable, contamination-free sealants that last over 30 years, supporting sustainable building practices. In automotive and electronics, it is used in liquid-applied gaskets and coatings, offering silicone-free heat and oil resistance along with durability.
