Tint-Ayd® NV 7385 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a highly concentrated, solvent-free, free-flowing, carbon black pigment dispersion. It contains low levels of anionic and non-ionic additives to enhance the wetting properties of the dispersing resin. It shows thixotropic characteristics to resist pigment settling & syneresis. It offers light fastness and acid- & alkali resistance. Tint-Ayd® NV 7385 is recommended for industrial coatings including aerosols, concrete protection, general industrial finishes, general OEM and industrial maintenance-, marine-, protective- & wood coatings. It is suitable for water reducible and emulsion coatings systems such as acrylic, polyurethane (PUD) dispersion, vinyl acrylic, vinyl acetate, alkyd, styrene-butadiene, polyester and epoxy. It is designed for use in ultra-low VOC, water-based coatings system, tinting and full pigmentation. The shelf life of the product is 4 years. Tint-Ayd® AL 617 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a free-flowing, solvent-borne, monoazo pigment dispersion. It is recommended for oil-based industrial coatings such as general industrial finishes and maintenance coatings. It shows thixotropic characteristics to resist pigment settling and syneresis. It is designed for use in wood & other lacquer coatings and interior applications. It offers no bleed/discoloration to light fastness and acid & alkali resistance. It is suitable for solvent-based coating systems such as nitrocellulose, polyester, long-oil-, medium-oil-, short-oil & styrenated alkyd and alkyd melamine. It is compatible with vinyl toluene alkyd, alkyd urea, alkyd-modified urethane, oil-modified urethane, silicone alkyd, bodied oil, epoxy ester, hydrocarbon and phenolic. The shelf life of Tint-Ayd® AL 617 is 4 years. Tint-Ayd® CW by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a stable dispersion free-flowing, easy-to-use pigment concentrate designed for tinting and masstone applications. Recommended for use in a wide range of conventional and low VOC waterborne coatings. Used in coatings include but are not limited to acrylic emulsion, polyurethane (PUD) dispersion, vinyl acrylic emulsion, water reducible acrylic, vinyl acetate emulsion, water reducible alkyd, styrene butadiene emulsion, water reducible polyester, epoxy emulsion, water reducible epoxy. Also possesses thixotropic properties to prevent settling. Tint-Ayd® by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a solvent-resin-based colorants for high performance maintenance and industrial coatings. Based on a proprietary acrylic dispersing resin and offer excellent stability and compatibility with a wide variety of high performance coatings including but not limited to those based on the following vehicles such as acrylic nitrocellulose, vinyl acrylic polyester, long oil alkyd styrenated alkyd, medium oil alkyd, alkyd melamine, short oil alkyd, silicone alkyd, vinyl toluene alkyd, alkyd urea, cellulose acetate butyrate, chlorinated rubber, two-component epoxy, short oil alkyd, two-component urethane, vinyl. Also available in an extensive range of colors to match almost any tinting need with little or no adverse effect on gloss, dry time or resistance properties. Tint-Ayd® PC 9499 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a VOC-free, non-sintering, acrylic-based iron oxide(50%). It is a yellow colored pigment dispersion. It contains CAB as an additive to reduce pigment wetting. Exhibits very excellent fastness and chemical resistance. It is compatible with alkyds, styrenated alkyd, vinyl toluene alkyds, two-component epoxy, vinyl acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate, nitrocellulose, polyester, vinyl, chlorinated rubber, acrylic, alkyd melamine and two-component urethane. Also readily soluble in aromatics, ketones, esters and ethers. Used in 100% solids UV and EB curable coatings. Tint-Ayd® GR 104 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is stable, free-flowing phthalocyanine (24%). It is a green colored pigment dispersion. Offers excellent light fastness & bleed- and heat- resistance. Exhibits excellent chemical resistance and high color accuracy & reproducibility. It is compatible with alkyds, polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, chlorinated rubber and nitrocellulose etc. Tint-Ayd® GR 104 is used in high performance solvent-based industrial coatings. Recommended dosage is up to maximum 15%. Tint-Ayd® AL by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is an alkyd dispersion which is free-flowing easy-to-use pigment concentrates that provide excellent stability and compatibility with an exceptionally wide range of solvent thinned trade sales, maintenance and industrial coatings. It offers excellent stability and compatibility with a wide variety of high performance coatings available in an extensive range of colors to match almost any tinting need with no adverse effect on gloss, dry time or resistance properties such as acrylic, alkyd and epoxy. Tint-Ayd® AL is also recommended for use in most conventional and high performance trade sales, maintenance, and light industrial coatings. Tint-Ayd® WD 2018 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a blend of finely dispersed, lightfast cyan and magenta pigments, which together exactly complement yellow to produce neutral grays. It is a toner designed for whiter whites, bluer whites, and better hiding whites. It increases the hiding power of whites, at the least possible loss of reflectance. It shows compatibility with solvent-based alkyds. Tint-Ayd® WD 2018 finds applications in water-borne coatings. This grade is slightly more bluer in comparison with Tint-Ayd® UL 20-12. It has a shelf life of 18 months. Tint-Ayd® AL 103 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a free-flowing, solvent-based, rutile titanium dioxide pigment dispersion. It is recommended for oil-based industrial coatings such as general industrial finishes and maintenance coatings. It shows thixotropic characteristics to resist pigment settling and syneresis. It is designed for use in wood & other lacquer coatings and interior applications. It offers no bleed/discoloration to light fastness, and acid & alkali resistance. It is suitable for solvent-based coating systems such as nitrocellulose, alkyd melamine, polyester, and long-oil-, medium-oil-, short-oil- and styrenated alkyd. It is free from hydroxyl, carboxyl and amine functional groups. It offers no bleed/discoloration to light fastness, and acid & alkali resistance. It can be formulated with thermoplastic acrylic coatings. It is compatible with cellulose acetate butyrate, chlorinated rubber, epoxy ester, vinyl and alkyd melamine. It is also compatible with two-component epoxy & urethane, acrylic, nitrocellulose, vinyl acrylic, polyester, alkyd urea, and long-oil-, styrenated-, medium-oil-, short-oil- and vinyl toluene alkyd coating systems. It is based on a mixture of PM acetate and aromatic 100. It is used in high-performance single or two-component solvent-based industrial coatings. Recommended for automotive OEM, concrete protection, general OEM, and maintenance-, marine- and protective coatings. The shelf life of Tint-Ayd® ST 8454 is 3 years.
