PANGEL® S9 by Tolsa is a rheological additive for aqueous systems. It imparts excellent thixotropic and pseudoplastic properties, improving spreading and stability.<br>

<li>Under a shear stress, it forces the viscosity to promptly fall down, easing manual and mechanical spreading & levelling.</li>
<li>PANGEL® S9 is suitable for water-based paints and foundry coatings.</li>

<li>It is electrolyte-activated, therefore suspensions made with this grade are stable even at high electrolyte concentration.</li>
<li>It is also stable in broad pH range and at high temperatures.</li>
<li>It keeps high absorption capacity and high degree of interaction with polymers.</li>
<li>It is recommended for paints & coatings.</li>
<li>It is specially suitable for salt rich systems and asphalt emulsions.</li>

It acts as a thickening and anti-setting agent that is specially developed to modify the rheology of emulsion systems, particularly non-ionic & anionic bitumen emulsion products.<br>

It is designed for high polarity systems based on alcohol, glycol, ketone & oxygenated type solvents as well as in mixtures of those with water.<br>

<li>PANGEL® B42 is used in epoxy 2k- & urethane coatings, coatings for lower part of car, zinc-rich primers, casting mold and nitrocellulose-based varnishes.</li>
