ADINS® Clean

ADINS® Clean by Tolsa is a photocatalytic additive specially designed for paints & coatings and cementitious systems. Its use not only results in self-cleaning surfaces, increasing the speed of organic material degradation, but also in decontaminant materials such as building facades, asphalts and paints for removing contaminants presents in the atmosphere (NOx and VOCs). Its innovative technology allows using lower dosages than photocatalytic-based products. It is used to maintain an unaltered aesthetic aspect over long periods of time in a surface, reducing the costs of maintenance and improving the environmental quality of zones in which it is applied. ADINS® Clean is based on TiO2 active particles supported on natural silicates, ensuring the homogeneous distribution in the system in which it is incorporated, remaining active and allowing the use of lower doses of the active agent.

ADINS® Protection S4 by Tolsa is a high performance, broad spectrum antimicrobial additive based in a needle-like special silicate with silver as active substance. It is a powerful biocide, active against bacteria, algae and fungi. It allows control of the release of metals and an optimal dispersion in the matrix in which it is incorporated. Due to its stability, it is used in polymer matrix for different applications. It is effective at low concentration, increasing its durability, reducing cost and its environmental impact. This chemically inert grade is effective in a wide range of pH. The product is in full compliance with EU. The recommended dosage level of ADINS® Protection S4 is 0.25-1% for water- and solvent-based coatings and paints.

It is a powerful biocide, active against bacteria, algae and fungi with new viricide performance. It allows control the release of metals and an optimal dispersion in the matrix in which it is incorporated. Due to its stability, this grade is used in polymer matrix for different applications. It allows to reduce the amount of active substance obtaining the same antimicrobial activity, increasing its durability and reducing its environmental impact. Moreover, it shows viricidal activity against enveloped viruses (Coronavirus such as SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19), Norovirus, Rotavirus and Adenovirus) when the activity is evaluated under the international standard. The recommended dosage level of ADINS® Protection S10 is 0.25-1% for water- and solvent-based coatings and paints.
