CASAMID® 710 by Thomas Swan is a curing agent of the substituted dicyandiamide type; comprised of o-Tolyl biguanide (OTB). It is suitable for the production of rapid reacting epoxy resin powder coatings.<br>

<li>CASAMID® 710 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> CASAMID® 1416 by Thomas Swan acts as a gloss reducing curing agent and reactive matting agent. It is designed for use in interior coatings as well as black & dark shade epoxy- & hybrid powder coatings.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers good flow and surface smoothness to the coatings.</li>
<li>Epoxy coatings with gloss levels ranging from 5-15% and hybrid coatings with gloss levels ranging from 15-60% (or greater) can be easily formulated using CASAMID® 1416.</li>

It is designed for use in interior coatings as well as dark colored powder coatings based on pure epoxy or epoxy modified with hydroxyl terminated polyester.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers dead matt finish and ultra-low gloss levels together with a smooth surface & high impact resistance.</li>
<li>By appropriate formulation, epoxy coatings with gloss levels below 5% & impact resistance of 150-160 inch pounds can easily be obtained.
<li>CASAMID® 1432 is also used to reduce gloss of hybrid coatings where the polyester content of the binder is <20%.</li>
