Diofan® F 805 by Syensqo is a special polyvinylidene chloride dispersion grade. It is well suited for encapsulating breaking agents, such as ammonium, potassium, and sodium persulphate. It provides stable fine particle dispersion to ensure good colloidal stability under shear encountered at the spray nozzle. Offers good coverage and pin-hole free coatings. Possesses very low viscosity making it suitable for spray coaters. Diofan® F 805 exhibits low interfacial tension, which improves surface wettability and coating coverage, as well as allows non-tacky and slip-resistant coatings to maximize process output. Diofan® Ultra736 by Syensqo is a polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC). It provides superior water vapor and oxygen barrier properties. It enhances the performance of corrosion protection system.<br>

It is designed for high-speed coating process of plastic films. Diofan® B 206 is recommended for food packaging applications when both good barrier properties and low sealing temperatures are needed. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Diofan® A 050 by Syensqo is a standard polyvinylidene chloride dispersion grade for coatings on various substrates. Provides oxygen- and moisture barrier. Diofan® A 050 is used as a topcoat on paper, cardboard and as a coating on plastic films. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Diofan® B 204 by Syensqo is a water-based polyvinylidene chloride dispersion with outstanding impermeability to gases and moisture. Diofan® B 204 is recommended for coatings on plastic films. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Diofan® F 807 by Syensqo is a low foaming polyvinylidene chloride dispersion. It is ideal for encapsulating breaking agents, such as ammonium, potassium and sodium persulphate. It shows stable fine particle dispersion to ensure good colloidal stability under shear encountered at the spray nozzle. Exhibits low interfacial tension to improved surface wettability and coating coverage and allows non-tacky & slip resistant coatings to maximize process output. Diofan® F 807 provides good coverage and pin-hole free coatings and very low viscosity suitable for spray coaters. Diofan® 193 D by Syensqo is a water-based polyvinylidene chloride dispersion. It offers moisture and oxygen barrier. It is recommended for use as a functional topcoat over Diofan® A736 coated PVC or PVC/PE film structures used for blister applications in pharmaceutical packaging. Diofan® 193 D is also used in barrier coatings application. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Diofan® 193DH by Syensqo is polyvinylidene chloride copolymer with oxygen & moisture barrier. Diofan® 193DH is recommended as a functional topcoat over Diofan® A736 coated PVC or PVC/PE film structures used for blister applications in pharmaceutical packaging. Diofan® P 520 by Syensqo is a one-component, water-based dispersion of a polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) copolymer. It shows low oxygen and water vapor permeabilities along with low water absorption. It is free of solvent traces, alkylphenol ethoxylates, or any other toxic substances. Provides excellent chemical resistance and flame-retardant properties. Offers low VOC, moisture and oxygen barrier. It is used in a broad variety of formulations that are specific to end-use requirements. Diofan® P 520 is suitable for corrosion-resistant & automotive primers, industrial-, heavy-duty steel protection-, underbody-, barrier-, sealing-, fiber-, and textile coatings. It has a shelf life of 8 months. Diofan® P 530 by Syensqo is a one component, water-based dispersion of a polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) copolymer. It is free of solvent traces, alkylphenol ethoxylates, or any other toxic substances. It is an ideal binder for one-component, air-drying, waterborne formulated paints and coatings where long-lasting protection of the substrate is targeted. It provides excellent chemical resistance and flame-retardant properties. Offers low VOC, good moisture and oxygen barrier. It is designed to adhere to metal and to remain flexible when exposed to a broad range of end-use temperatures over time. Diofan® P 530 is suitable for corrosion-resistant & automotive primers, industrial-, underbody-, heavy duty steel protection, barrier-, sealing-, flame-retardant-, fibers-, and textile coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
