It is a cross-linked methyl methacrylate and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate copolymer grade. Offers good mechanical- and solvent resistance. It has mean particle diameter between 4.0-6.0 µm. Techpolymer™ MBX-5 is recommended for use in plastic-, automotive interior-, wood- and coil coating. Techpolymer™ AFX-15 by Sekisui Kasei is a matting agent. It gives very soft and elastic texture on coating surface. It is a mixture of cross-linked acrylic copolymer and silica. Its mean particle diameter is between 12.0-18.0 µm.
