TERASIL® 1NS by Pflaumer Brothers is a single-component modified hydrogel silane developed for moisture-cure coatings. It forms a penetrating, chemically bonded network within the substrate, creating a durable, integrated foundation that resists delamination, blistering, and premature coating failure. Coatings based on it can be clear or pigmented and can be used with conventional urethane-grade solvents such as PCBTF, t-Butyl Acetate, PM Acetate, and TERAFLEX® DME-200. Offers long-term UV stability, excellent adhesion, high gloss, good resistance to yellowing and fast cure properties at various humidity levels.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Seal coats based on TERASIL® 1NS can provide excellent penetration of the concrete substrate and contribute to resisting the passage of moisture.</li> <li>Provides fast recoatability, excellent weathering-, chemical-, abrasion resistance, and relatively low film thickness economics of product.</li> <li>It is suitable for polycarbonate, unsaturated polyester gel coats, glass, steel, wood, plastics, concrete, and composite substrates when effective surface preparation is made.</li> <li>Possesses deep penetration and resistance to moisture transmission, helping extend coating life and reduce costly failures in real-world conditions.</li> <li>It shows great efficiency, improved film build with fewer passes, reduced material usage and broad solvent compatibility.</li> <li>Used in concrete sealers and grind-and-seal flooring systems, wood- (cabinetry, furniture, architectural finishes), industrial and protective metal coatings.</li> <li>It is also used in interior-, exterior, plastics, glass, marine and exterior environments.</li> <li>TERASIL® 1NS has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>

TERASIL® 1 by Pflaumer Brothers is a single-component modified hydrogel silane. Offers high gloss, excellent adhesion and excellent penetration.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Coatings based on product can be clear or pigmented and can be used with conventional urethane-grade solvents such as PCBTF, t-Butyl Acetate, PM Acetate, and TERAFLEX® DME-200.</li> <li>Exhibits fast cure properties at various humidity levels.</li> <li>It has good abrasion-, chemical- and yellowing resistance.</li> <li>It can be used by itself and applied as a moisture-cure system at environmental relative humidity measurements greater than 20%.</li> <li>It is made with a simple pump sprayer or quarter-inch nap roller in solvent-based formulations.</li> <li>Provides unusual toughness of coatings, fast recoatability and relatively low film thickness.</li> <li>It is suitable for metal, wood, concrete, polyester gel coats, and other substrates, both indoor and outdoor.</li> <li>TERASIL® 1 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>
