Tallicin® K-9 by Pflaumer Brothers is a polymeric dispersant with multiple anchor groups that can be used to disperse inorganic and organic pigments. It improves pigment wetting, color development and storage stability. It is used in solvent-based coatings, industrial maintenance coatings, offset inks and powder coatings. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is effective in reducing viscosity for dispersions of both oxidized and non-oxidized carbon black. </li>
<li>It allows the formulator to increase the pigment loading in the mill base, thus improving both efficiency and cost of production. </li>

It is suitable for all systems containing petroleum solvents, petroleum oils, and oxygenated solvents. It is effective for vehicle types such as alkyds, acrylics, drying oils, saturated polyesters, epoxy esters, two-component epoxies, oil-modified urethanes, vinyls and amino resins. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Its well-balanced surface-active functionality optimizes the dispersion of almost all pigments and extenders, including such difficult to disperse pigments as phthalo blue, phthalo green and carbon black. </li>
<li> It overcomes the problems like flocculation, flooding, floating and color development. </li>
<li>It is most effective for titanium dioxide. </li>
<li>Tint color more readily accepted into white base offering higher pigment loadings. </li>

It can be used by itself as Part A or can be modified with various additives to achieve special performance characteristics. It is used for concrete floor coatings that provide exceptional flow and leveling, extended working time for easy application. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is available in wide range of colors and is easy to clean with solvents or detergent. </li>
<li>It requires one-step application-no topcoat needed. </li>
<li>It can be applied at <40°F and can be steam cleaned. </li>

<li>It offers resistance to impact, abrasion, aggressive chemicals, acid attack, and thermal shock. </li>
<li>It should be used only with Teracure® M-65 as the hardener. </li>
<li>Urethane polymer concrete based on Tallicin® E-27 is also odorless, non-porous, relatively nontoxic, essentially zero-VOC, and USDA accepted for use in food plant operations. </li>
<li>It has shelf life of 6 months. </li></ul> Tallicin® EXP E-26 by Pflaumer Brothers is a formulated emulsion of castor oil polyol for 3-component polyurethane polymer concrete. It can be used by itself as part A or can be modified with various additives to achieve special performance characteristics. It is odorless, non-porous, relatively non-toxic, essentially zero-VOC, and USDA accepted grade. <br>

<li>It provides excellent performance characteristics including resistance to impact, abrasion, aggressive chemicals, acid attack, and thermal shock. </li>
<li>It provides no BPA compared with epoxies. </li>
<li>It has shelf life of 6 months. </li></ul> Tallicin® 1505 by Pflaumer Brothers is an effective wetting and dispersing agent for both organic and inorganic pigments. It optimizes the dispersion of such difficult to disperse pigments as carbon black, phthalo blue and iron oxide through its well-balanced surface-active functionality. It is suitable for all solvent systems including petroleum solvents, petroleum oils, and oxygenated solvents. <br>

<li>It can also be used as a post-add to reduce dispersion time, provides exceptionally good flow, leveling and gloss characteristics in alkyds and linseed oil-based coatings. </li>
<li>It is effective in vehicle types such as alkyds, acrylics, drying oils, saturated polyesters, epoxy esters, two-component epoxies, oil modified urethanes, vinyl's and amino resins. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% based on inorganic pigments, 2.0-4.0% based on organic pigments and 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation weight when used as post-add. </li></ul> Tallicin® 120 by Pflaumer Brothers acts as a wetting- and dispersing agent for solvent-based system. It optimizes the dispersion of difficult to disperse pigments such as carbon black, phthalo blue and iron oxide, through its well-balanced surface-active functionality. It is suitable for all systems containing petroleum solvents, petroleum oils and oxygenated solvents. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is effective in dispersing precious metals in thick film deposition on ceramics used in electronic applications. </li>
<li>It is compatible with alkyds, acrylics, drying oils, saturated polyesters, epoxy esters, two-component epoxies, oil-modified urethanes, vinyls and amino resins. </li>
<li>It is used in pigments, metal and ceramic coating applications. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-3.0% for inorganic pigments and 2.5-7.0% for organic pigments. </li></ul> Tallicin® 1314 by Pflaumer Brothers is a general purpose pigment dispersant and wetting agent for solvent-based systems. It provides excellent color acceptance and development for a wide range of pigments. It allows high pigment loading and fast grinding time, minimizing color drift due to its effective color development in the dispersion operation. It provides better pigment wetting and dispersion than soya lecithin.<br>

<li>It overcomes problems related to poor pigment dispersion, including loading, flocculation, color drift, floating, loss of hiding, puffiness and levering. </li>
<li>When properly formulated, it improves gloss and gloss retention. </li>
<li>It is suitable for non-aqueous systems including short, medium and long oil alkyds, epoxy esters, chlorinated rubber, urethanes, nitrocellulose and other solvent-based vehicles. </li>
<li>It should be added to the pigment grind stage of paint manufacture before the
addition of pigments. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2% based on the total weight for inorganic pigments and 1.5- 4% for organic pigments. </li></ul> Tallicin® KO by Pflaumer Brothers acts as an emulsifier, dispersing and wetting agent. It is designed to disperse hydrophobic pigments into a low-viscosity paste for incorporation into either oil or water-based systems, both water-reducible and latex. It is compatible with a wide variety of pigments and solvent-based vehicles. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>When used in a water-based system in conjunction with relatively hydrophilic surfactants, it imparts good color acceptance and development with high oil-absorbing pigments. </li>
<li>It can be used to emulsify linseed oil in water. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage is 2% by weight of pigment. </li></ul>
