Expancel® XS200 by Nouryon is a high performance, microsphere that is ideal for thin-layer applications, such as interior and decorative paints. It offers a significant reduction in paint weight compared to traditional fillers, without compromising the properties of the paint layer.<br>

Provides cost reduction, flexibility, sandability and smoother surface. It has low density and no pinholes. Exhibits improved stone chip resistance, sound damping and low UBC weight helps cut fuel consumption. Also provides reduced weight, better applicability, higher water vapor permeability, matting effect and low emission of VOC. Expancel® 551 DE 40 d42 ± 2 is compatible with polyester and polyurethane. Used in silicone rubber, underbody coatings, paint as well as in printing inks for wallpaper, fabrics and textiles. Expancel® 820 SLU 40 by Nouryon is an unexpanded microsphere in aqueous dispersion. It offers improved bulk (1%), stiffness and flexibility (up to 25%). It improves production capacity and reduces grammage. It adds anti-slip properties in paper coating. Expancel® 820 SLU 40 has a shelf life of 2 years. Expancel® 031 WUF 40 by Nouryon is a low density, wet, unexpanded microsphere suitable for water-borne applications. It offers increased volume, without adding weight. It has the ability to withstand compression due to its closed-cell structure. Expancel® 031 WUF 40 is applicable in printing inks. It has a recommended shelf life of 2 years. Expancel® 920 DU 80 by Nouryon is a powerful dry, unexpanded microsphere. It expands with heat and is preferably used in systems where no water can be added. It offers high shear forces, resistance to solvent chemicals and pressure during processing. It is possible to expand to extremely low densities. Expancel® 920 DU 80 is suitable for controlled and uniform cell structure in underbody coatings. The shelf life is 2 years. Expancel® 092 DET 100 d25 by Nouryon acts as a lightweight filler and foaming agent. It has fine and uniform pore structure consisting of closed cells.
