Alcosperse® OTA-100 by Nouryon is an acrylate copolymer. It is multifunctional additive for open time extension for water-based architectural paints. It helps reduce or replace glycols, thereby lowering VOC contribution and minimizing odor. It maintains durability, scrub resistance, stain resistance, and water resistance, while offering broad formulation compatibility. Alcosperse® OTA-100 is used in architectural coatings such as wall paints, textured paints, and roof coatings. Alcosperse® 747 by Nouryon is a corrosion inhibitor. It is a patented hydrophobically modified copolymer. Suitable for water-based paints and coatings.<br>

Piccotac™ series from Eastman consists of aliphatic and aromatic-modified aliphatic resins. These resins are characterized by low color, low odor, good heat stability, and compatibility with a wide range of polymers.
The more aliphatic types of Piccotac™ resins, those with grade numbers higher than 8000, are compatible with natural rubber, SIS block copolymer, and polyolefins. The more aromatic Piccotac resins, those with grade numbers 8500 and lower, are compatible with SIS/SBS SIBS block copolymers, SBR, and EVA with <40% vinyl acetate. Piccotac™ hydrocarbon resins are widely used for rubber compounding.
