METOLAT® 600 by Munzing is an aqueous solution of a modified acrylic copolymer. It is used as a water retention agent for coating colors. METOLAT® 600 offers high shear viscosity. METOLAT® P 588 by Munzing is a blend of polyglycol ester with a non-ionic inorganic carrier. Acts as an APEO-free wetting agent. METOLAT® P 588 is used in powder paints. Prevents rub-out effects and efflorescence such as lime bloom. METOLAT® 355 by Munzing is a non-ionic polyamine-ethylene oxide-condensate. Provides very good pigment and substrate wetting. METOLAT® 355 offers improved pigment compatibility and leveling. METOLAT® P 860 by Munzing is a blend of glycols with an inorganic carrier. Acts as a shrinkage reduction agent/coalescent. METOLAT® P 860 is recommended for use in dry mixtures which are to be blended or diluted with water before application. It is used in powder paints. METOLAT® 288 by Munzing is a silicon-free, water-soluble ester. It is used as an effective defoamer. METOLAT® 514 by Munzing is a salt of a polycarboxylic acid-based dispersing agent. It exhibits low foam tendencies. It is compatible with many emulsion polymers. It reduces the mill base viscosity and gives higher pigment volume concentrations. It stabilizes the system and prevents the formation of settlements. Suitable for pigments and fillers in aqueous systems. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5%. METOLAT® 514 has a shelf life of 15 months. METOLAT® P 861 by Munzing is a blend of glycols with an inorganic carrier. It is used in powder paints. Acts as a shrinkage reduction agent /coalescent. METOLAT® P 861 reduces the shrinkage in cementitious systems and acts as coalescent in powder paints. METOLAT® 775 by Munzing is an APE-free, silicon-free, non-ionic compound. Acts as a wetting/leveling agent. METOLAT® 775 improves substrate and pigment-wetting properties. Possesses no foaming tendency. Suitable for overprint varnishes. METOLAT® P 854 by Munzing is a blend of a non-ionic surfactant with an inorganic carrier. It is used in powder paints. METOLAT® P 854 offers improved wetting of pigments and extenders. METOLAT® 780 by Munzing is an APE-free, silicon-free, non-ionic compound. Acts as a wetting/leveling agent. Improves substrate and pigment wetting properties. Possesses no foaming tendency. METOLAT® 780 is suitable for overprint varnishes.
