EDAPLAN® 494 by Munzing is a VOC-free wetting agent and dispersant for aqueous coatings and pigment concentrates. It is a anionic solution of a high molecular weight copolymer with pigment affine groups in water. It is recommended for the dispersion of organic pigments (e.g. phthalocyanine and azo pigments) and nanoscale transparent iron oxides and titanium dioxides. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in coating systems, glycol-containing pigment concentrates, and for producing binder-free pigment concentrates.</li>
<li>It stabilizes pigment dispersions and reduces mill-base viscosity.</li>
<li>It is used in applications like, printing inks, wood-, industrial- and architecture coatings.</li>
<li>It is free of APE, biocide and solvent.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage is 10-50%.</li></ul> EDAPLAN® LA 451 by Munzing acts as a wetting and leveling agent for water-based systems. It offers low viscosity, reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems without increasing the foam formation.<br>

<li>EDAPLAN® LA 451 has a shelf life of 15 months.</li></ul> EDAPLAN® 495 by Munzing is a VOC-, APE free dispersing and stabilizing agent designed to disperse inorganic pigments for coatings and paints with a pH-value up to 12.5 like silicate based paints. It is ideal for the manufacturing of coatings as well as for the manufacturing of resin free pigment concentrates. It is biocide-, solvent free, has low viscosity and stabilizes dispersed pigments and achieves stable viscosity in high alkaline systems. It improves gloss & color development and prevents rub-out by preventing reflocculation. It is used in architectural coating applications. Recommended dosage of EDAPLAN® 495 is 1-5%. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. EDAPLAN® 918 by Munzing is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent. It is high molecular weight copolymer with pigment affine groups. It is designed to disperse organic pigments, carbon blacks and inorganic pigments for universal use in both, water and solvent based systems, including high solids. <br>

<li>It stabilizes dispersed pigments, reduces mill-base viscosity, improves gloss and color development, and prevents rub out.</li>
<li>EDAPLAN® 918 is free of VOC, APE, organic solvents and biocide.</li> <li>It is used in architectural and industrial coating applications.</li></ul> EDAPLAN® LA 106 HF by Munzing acts as a hammer finish agent. It is a solution of polymers in a hydrocarbon solvent. It is an APEO and biocide free, highly effective additive for all common solvent systems. It provides high degree of pattern control, good reproducibility and effective in air dry & stoving paints. EDAPLAN® LA 106 HF is used in industrial coatings applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 1.0%. The minimum shelf life of EDAPLAN® LA 106 HF is 15 months from the date of manufacture. EDAPLAN® 397 R by Munzing is a non-ionic, wetting and dispersing agent for pigments in water-based and non water-based systems. It is a blend of special polyglycol esters. It is VOC-, APE-, solvent- and biocide free biodegradable and partially based on renewable raw materials.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It reduces the viscosity of the grind, improves gloss, color strength and prevents flocculation.</li>
<li>It is compatible with all common binders and shows only low foaming tendency.</li><li> It is particularly suitable for organic pigments, i.e. phthalocyanine pigments.</li>
<li>It can be used in binder free as well as binder containing grinds and pigment concentrates.</li>
<li>It is suitable for coatings with indirect food contact and finds application in architectural coatings and printing inks.</li>
<li>EDAPLAN® 397 R has a shelf life in closed containers of 15 months.</li></ul> EDAPLAN® 396 by Munzing acts as a wetting agent and dispersant for aqueous coatings. It is recommended for coatings & organic azo pigments in aqueous media, nanoscale iron oxides, titanium dioxides, and carbon blacks. It is free of VOC, APE, biocide and solvent.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used in production of coating systems based on polymer emulsions and water-soluble resins (air and oven drying, 2K systems) as well as for the production of aqueous and glycol-containing, binder- free pigment concentrates. </li>

It finds application in chemical curing systems, automotive OEM, wood- repair-, industrial coatings, 2K-systems, printing inks and overprint varnishes. EDAPLAN® LA 403 has a shelf life of 15 months. It has a recommended dosage of 0.5-3.0%. Modified fatty acid derivative. Used for pigment concentrates. Offers improved gloss and colour development. Prevents reflocculation.
