DEE FO® PI-35 by Munzing is defoamer. Used for flooring coatings, automobile coatings, corrugated printing inks, packaging inks, envelope printing inks, fountain solutions printing inks, metallic printing inks, news printing inks, pigment, grinding colors, printing inks and press-side printing inks. Blend of modified organo polysiloxanes with nonionic alkoxylated compounds. Used in industrial and wood coatings and printing inks. Possesses defoaming persistance. Solvent mixture. Acts as a defoamer. It is a unique, innovative solution whose performance and compatibility characteristics offer excellent efficiency, persistence, and ease of incorporation. Used in printing press applications and flexographic news. Recommended starting dosage level is from 0.1% to 0.5%, based on the weight of the formulation. It complies with Canada DSL, China IECSC, EU EINECS/ELINCS,
Japan ENCS, Korea KECL, New Zealand NZIoCS, Philippines PICCS, Australia AICS and US TSCA. DEE FO® PG-2 by Munzing is a moderately emulsifiable, high-efficiency, 3-dimensional siloxane compound defoamer for aqueous systems. It is specifically designed for the pigment grinding process for ink applications. It is used in the applications of high-performance coatings. It has a shelf-life of 12 months. DEE FO® PG-2 has an additional dosage level of 0.1-0.50%. DEE FO® SC-76 by Munzing is a highly efficient siloxane type, moderately emulsifiable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of organo-modified siloxane and polyoxyalkylene technology. It offers excellent defoaming persistence in grind applications. DEE FO® SC-76 is suitable for seed coatings. It has a shelf-life of 12 months. It has a recommended dosage level of 0.1-0.5%. DEE FO® 725E by Munzing is an emulsifiable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of glycols and polysiloxane. It offers good dispersibility and persistence. The incorporation can be during application and as a press-side foam reducer especially when rapid foam knockdown during recirculation is essential. DEE FO® 725E is suitable for multipurpose general-, high gloss architectural-, industrial- and wood coatings as well as corrugated printing inks. It has a shelf-life of 12 months. DEE FO® 725E has an additional level of 0.1-1.0%. DEE FO® SC-11 by Munzing is a defoamer for aqueous systems. It is an excellent low viscosity siloxane compound recommended for agricultural applications. It is readily pourable and used to prepare silicone-based foam preventive emulsions. DEE FO® SC-11 is suitable for seed coatings. It has an additional level of 0.01-0.10%. It has a shelf-life of 12 months. DEE FO® PI-320 by Munzing is a moderately emulsifiable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of 3-dimensional siloxane and polyoxyalkylene technology. It is suitable for excellent wetting and compatibility in water-based systems. It is used in corrugated printing-, flexible packaging-, film and foil printing inks. It is applicable in OPVs and clear-, wood-, industrial spray-, high gloss architectural coatings, direct-to-metal applications and topcoats. DEE FO® PI-320 has a shelf life of 12 months. It has a recommended dosage level of 0.01-0.50%. DEE FO® PI-547 by Munzing is a slight emulsifiable, universal oil-free, slightly emulsifiable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of hydrophobic silica and polyoxyalkylene technology. It is suitable for high-solids coatings, envelope printing-, film & foil printing- and metallic printing inks. DEE FO® PI-547 has a shelf-life of 12 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.65. DEE FO® 1015 by Munzing is a defoamer for aqueous systems. It offers excellent stability and high-efficiency. It possesses acid- and alkali resistance and works under a wide pH range of 3-11. It integrates multiple technologies to provide a complete defoamer package of effectiveness and persistence. DEE FO® 1015 is suitable for architectural-, industrial & wood coatings and printing inks. Recommended dosage level is 0.1 - 0.5%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
