CERETAN® OF 5108 by Munzing is dispersion of micronized polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE). Acts as a scratch and abrasion resistance agent. Shows excellent heat resistance and very good solvent resistance. Delivers maximum particle size and constant and narrow particle size distribution. CERETAN® OF 5108 is easy to incorporate and has improved quality. It's extremely fine particle size allows usage in very thin film layers. Used in printing inks (heat set and sheet fed inks). CERETAN® A 72 by Munzing is a stearamide wax. Acts as an antiblocking and slip agent. Designed for use in printing inks applications. CERETAN® A 72 has a shelf life of 12 months below 35°C. CERETAN® MAB 7055 by Munzing is a micronized amide wax, coated with benzoin. It acts as a degassing agent. Offers no yellowing property and provides effective and fast degassing. Delivers good print ability of the coating remains and good adhesion of labels remains. Its homogeneous distribution results in very low usage amount. CERETAN® MAB 7055 is used in powder coatings. CERETAN® MA 7050 by Munzing is a micronized ethylene-bis-stearamide-wax [EBS]. It acts as a texturing agent. Offers narrow and even particle size distribution. CERETAN® MA 7050 is used in powder, industrial, furniture and floor coatings. CERETAN® ME 1430 by Munzing is a micronized, spherical, non-polar polyethylene wax. Acts as a masterbatch, lubricant and dispersing agent. Contains 100 to 400 times smaller particles compared to non-micronized products. Shows narrow and uniform particle size distribution. Exhibits reduced filter pressure, increase in capacity and increased color strength. Offers reduction in pigment costs by 10-20% & reduced usage of pigments and waxes. Designed for non-polar pigment concentrates. Shelf life of CERETAN® ME 1430 is 24 months below 35°C. CERETAN® WF 5108 by Munzing is water based dispersion of a micronized polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE). Acts as an abrasion resistant. Shows very good temperature and solvent resistance due to the PTFE. It is easy to incorporate and delivers constant and narrow particle size distribution. The extremely fine particle size allows usage in very thin film layers. CERETAN® WF 5108 is used in wood, automotive, industrial, 2 pieces can coatings as well as in flexographic and gravure inks. CERETAN® WX 9820 by Munzing is water-based dispersion of a spherical, micronized polyolefin wax. Acts as a scratch and abrasion resistance agent. It can influence slip, show very good compatibility and has low surfactant content. CERETAN® WX 9820 is non-ionic in nature, easy to incorporate and provides very narrow particle size distribution. Used in printing inks. CERETAN® MO 4615 by Munzing is spherical, micronized, polar oxidized polyethylene wax. Acts as an abrasion and scratch resistant, matting, slip control and anti-blocking agent. Provides soft feel effect. It is less hydrophobic than other micronized waxes and due to its hydrophilic character; it is easy to disperse with low surfactant concentration in water-based systems. CERETAN® MO 4615 is easy to disperse due to spherical shape and offers maximum, constant and narrow particle size distribution. Used in furniture, industrial and floor coatings as well as in printing inks (water based flexographic, web offset, sheet fed offset and cold set inks). CERETAN® ME 1715 by Munzing is a spherical, micronized, non-polar polyethylene wax. Acts as an anti-blocking agent, abrasion and scratch resistance agent. It has improved temperature stability compared to other PE waxes. It is hard and melts at high temperature and is easy to disperse due to spherical particle shape. Offers maximum, narrow and even particle size distribution. CERETAN® ME 1715 is used in powder, industrial, furniture coatings and hard wood floor finishes as well as in printing inks. CERETAN® WP 2120 by Munzing is a water based dispersion of a micronized polypropylene wax. Acts as a scratch resistant, matting, slip control and anti blocking agent. Provides improved soft feel effect and very narrow particle size distribution. It is easy to incorporate and has high temperature stability. CERETAN® WP 2120 is used in can, coil, industrial, furniture and parquet coatings as well as in printing inks.
