Polyfluo® 120

Polyfluo® 120 by Micro Powders is a combination of polyethylene and PTFE wax. Imparts excellent abrasion resistance, hardness and slip from the polyethylene component, along with lubricity as well as heat resistance provided by PTFE. Polyfluo® 120 is used in topcoats, gravure, heat-set web offset, sheet fed (quick set), ultra violet printing inks, coil coatings, can coatings, industrial paints and finishes as well as all types clear top coats.

Polyfluo® 540

Polyfluo® 540 by Micro Powders is modified fluorocarbon. Has been specially processed for easier dispersion, better gloss, and faster particle migration. Polyfluo® 540 offers very good combination of film toughness (rub resistance) and lubricity (slip). Used in offset, letterpress, ultra-violet, Flexo and gravure inks.

Polyfluo® 535

Polyfluo® 535 by Micro Powders is Micronized, modified fluorocarbon. Has been specially processed for easier dispersion, better gloss retention and faster particle mobility. Rub and slip properties, as well as the clarity of overprint varnishes (OPV) are greatly enhanced when it is added at 1/2-1% levels. Polyfluo® 535imparts an excellent combination of film toughness (scratch and rub resistance) as well as lubricity (slip) when added into printing inks, paints or other types of surface coatings. Used in offset, letterpress, ultra-violet, flexo inks and gravure inks.
