MPP -620F by Micro Powders is a high-performance and density micronized polyethylene wax. It imparts an excellent combination of abrasion-, rub- and mar resistance with surface slip and anti-blocking properties. It provides excellent heat resistance and imparts greater resistance to solvent absorption as well as swelling than synthetic waxes. MPP -620F is designed for water-based, solvent-based and energy curable coatings and inks. Recommended for industrial- (plastic and metal), stains, sealers and varnishes, wood-, powder-, interior and exterior can-, container and coil coatings as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Increases the abrasion resistance and anti-blocking characteristics. The high molecular weight and hardness of this polyethylene contributes to its low solubility in organic solvents. Used in flexographic or gravure inks as well as industrial paints and coatings. MPP-611XF by Micro Powders is a high-performance grade of micronized polyethylene wax. It imparts excellent rub and mar resistance with good surface slip. Provides excellent anti-blocking and good heat resistance properties. It shows better resistance to solvent absorption and swelling when compared to fischer-tropsch (synthetic) waxes. It is used in water-based, solvent-based and energy-curable coatings and inks. Designed for use in industrial (including plastic and metal), stains, sealers, varnishes, wood, powder, interior and exterior can and container, coil and seed coatings as well as printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). MPP-611XF has a recommended dosage of 1.0-3.0%. MPP-230F by Micro Powders is an economical grade of micronized, high-density polyethylene wax. It is an easy to disperse fine powder that can be incorporated with high-speed mixing and imparts abrasion resistance with some slip. It provides excellent anti-blocking properties. It is applicable in powder coatings as a de-gassing additive. It is used in water-based, solvent-based and energy curable coatings and inks. MPP-230F is recommended for powder-, industrial coatings (including metal and plastic), printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). It has an additional level of 1.0-3.0%.
