Microspersion® 31-35 by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable nonionic wax dispersion of finely micronized polypropylene for efficient matting and gloss control. It offers a tough, high molecular weight polymer that imparts burnish and abrasion resistance. Provides consistent gloss reduction with no effect on coating viscosity and anti-slip properties. Designed for use in water-based industrial (including plastic, metal and leather), architectural wall and trim paints, stains, sealers, varnishes and wood coatings as well as printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). Microspersion® 31-35 has a recommended dosage level of 2.0-5.0% on total formula weight. Microspersion® 31HD-40 by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable nonionic wax dispersion of finely micronized densified polypropylene for consistent matting and gloss control with superior in-can stability. Offers efficient gloss reduction from satin to a matte finish. It improves burnish resistance vs silica mattifiers and imparts anti-slip properties. Exhibits optimized particle density to eliminate flotation or settling in most water-based systems. It is used in industrial (including plastic, metal, masonry and leather), architectural wall and trim paints, stains, sealers and varnishes as well as wood-, exterior can and container coatings. Also, suitable for printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). Microspersion® 31HD-40 has a recommended dosage level of 2.0 - 5.0% Microspersion® 22AQ-50 by Micro Powders is a high-density polyolefin wax. The extra-fine particle size is carefully controlled to provide a uniform matte effect. It uses a unique polyolefin to impart a smooth surface feel with optimum abrasion and burnish resistance. It helps in reducing or eliminating floatation or settling while providing optimum performance. It is recommended for use in waterborne industrial coatings, architectural wall and trim paints as well as flexographic printing inks and overprint varnishes. It has a recommended dosage level of 4%-10% based upon the total formula weight of Microspersion® 22AQ-50 will give a matte/satin finish. Microspersion® 214VF-50 by Micro Powders is a micronized oxidized fischer-tropsch wax for improved rub resistance and surface slip. It is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable nonionic water-based wax dispersion. It is an economical alternative to polyethylene waxes. Exhibits a high degree of lubricity and lowers COF. Used in water-based industrial (including plastic and metal), stains, sealers, varnishes, wood coatings and architectural wall and trim paints. It is also applicable in printing inks and OPV's (including flexo and gravure). Microspersion® 214VF-50 has a recommended dosage level of 2.0-5.0% on total formula weight. Microspersion® 215-50 by Micro Powders is an economical, convenient, ready-to-use, pourable, non-ionic, water-based dispersion of oxidized polyethylene wax. It provides good rub, mar resistance, improved surface slip and anti-blocking properties. It is used in water-based industrial coatings (including metal), architectural wall and trim paints, stains, sealers, varnishes and wood coatings as well as printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). Microspersion® 215-50 has a recommended dosage level of 2.0-5.0%. Microspersion® 440W by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable anionic acrylic-stabilized wax dispersion of modified polypropylene wax. It offers improved mar, scratch and metal marking resistance. Provides uniform gloss reduction with good burnish resistance in low or medium gloss finishes. It imparts a smooth surface feel and doesn't powder or chalk in exterior applications. Microspersion® 440W finds application in water-based industrial (plastics, metals and leather), stains, sealers, varnishes, wood and floor coatings as well as printing inks and OPV's (including flexo and gravure). The recommended dosage level of 2.0-5.0% on total formula weight. Microspersion® 1213 UVW by Micro Powders is an anionic dispersion of modified polypropylene wax, densified with silica. It is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable anionic acrylic-stabilized wax dispersion. Offers effective gloss control with clarity and good in-can stability. It adds slip with scratch and mar resistance and provides burnish and blocking resistance. It is used in water-based and UV/EB industrial (including plastic, metal and leather), wood, floor, stains, sealers and varnishes as well as architectural wall and trim paints. It is also applicable in water-based printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and
gravure). Microspersion® 1213 UVW has a recommended dosage level of 2.0-5.0%. Microspersion® 19 by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, synergistic blend of waxes including polyethylene, PTFE and amide. It is an anionic water-based pourable acrylic-stabilized wax dispersion. Provides abrasion-, scratch and improved heat resistance. It imparts lubricity, tape release and a smooth surface feel after 12 to 24 hours. It is suitable for water-based industrial (including plastic, metal and leather), wood, coil and soft-touch coatings as well as printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). Microspersion® 19 has a recommended dosage level of 2.0 - 5.0%. Microspersion® 22-50 by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, non-ionic water-based dispersion of micronized fischer-tropsch wax designed for paints, coatings and inks. Imparts a high degree of lubricity and improved slip, scratch, rub and mar resistance. It offers anti-blocking properties. It gives long-lasting water beading and weather resistance to exterior alkyd-based stains. Used in industrial (including plastic, metal and masonry), stains, sealers, varnishes and wood coatings as well as printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). Microspersion® 22-50 has a recommended additional level of 2.0-5.0%. Microspersion® 520 by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable anionic wax dispersion of ethylene bis stearamide (EBS). Offers maximum surface slip, scratch resistance, lubrication and release properties with an excellent surface feel. Provides high melting point to improve heat and block resistance. Exhibits low COF and reduced dust buildup on sanding belts.
