Fluo 400G is a micronized, high quality virgin PTFE wax by Micro Powders. Provides superior lubricity as well as rub-, block-, abrasion- and temperature resistance. Designed for water- & solvent-based and energy curable industrial coatings including plastic and metal, printing inks, flexo and gravure overprint varnishes. Also used in interior and exterior can & container coatings, coil, powder and seed coatings. Adds slip and imparts heat resistance. Fluo 400G conforms to (EU) 2017/1000 and is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5-2 %wt. Fluo 400SM by Micro Powders is a high performance PTFE wax. I consists of aggregated sub-micron PTFE spheres ideal for thin film coatings and gloss retention. 5.0 µm PTFE clusters can be media milled into individual nanospheres <300 nm. Provides superior lubricity as well as rub-, heat- and abrasion resistance. Designed for water- & solvent-based and energy curable industrial coatings including plastic and metal, printing inks, flexo and gravure overprint varnishes. Fluo 750TX by Micro Powders is high molecular weight PTFE wax. It creates a strong and consistent texture with matting and gloss control. It adds Adds lubrication, good sealant adhesion with improved abrasion resistance. Applicable for high-temperature powder coating applications where heat resistance and non-yellowing are required. Provides maximum abrasion resistance along with slip, lubricity and block resistance. It imparts heat resistance, smooth surface texture (structure) and doesn't yellow in high-temperature baking applications. It finds application in water-based, solvent-based and energy curable coatings and inks. Designed for coil-, seed-, powder-, interior and exterior can and container-, industrial coatings (plastic and metal) as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Fluo 625F conforms to (EU) 2019/1021 & Stockholm Convention (POP) and has a dosage level of 1.0-4.0%. Fluo HTI-2 by Micro Powders is an economical grade of micronized PTFE wax. Provides superior abrasion-, rub- and temperature resistance. It adds slip, lubricity and block resistance. It imparts heat resistance and doesn't yellow in high-temperature baking applications. Easy to disperse grade that can be incorporated with high-speed mixing. Designed for water-based, solvent-based and energy curable coatings and inks. It is used in powder-, coil-, seed-, interior and exterior can and container-, industrial coatings (plastic and metal), stains, sealers and varnishes as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Fluo HTI-2 has a recommended additional levels of 0.5-2.0%. Fluo HT by Micro Powders is a micronized polytetrafluoroethylene wax. It provides superior lubricity, abrasion-, rub- and temperature resistance. It adds slip, block resistance, imparts heat resistance and doesn't yellow in high-temperature baking applications.
