Aquatex® 140 by Micro Powders is a high density, medium particle size oxidized polyethylene for adding texture. It offers lubricity, mar resistance and maximum in-can stability with minimal flotation. It provides uniform gloss reduction with a smoother surface feel in comparison to silica additives. It is designed for water-based systems. Recommended for wood-, industrial coatings (plastic, metal, masonry and leather) architectural wall and trim paints, stains, sealers and varnishes as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Aquatex® 140 has an additional level of 3.0-10.0%. It is SARA, TSCA and REACH registered.
