Maxgard® DPA-8 by Lycus is based on 2-Ethylhexyl-2-cyano-3,3-diphenylacrylate. Used as a light stabilizer in varnishes, nitrocellulose and other lacquers, polyurethanes, acrylics, polyester gel-coats and inks. Maxgard® DPA-8 possesses low color and extremely low volatility.
Maxgard® 500 by Lycus is based on 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone. Used as a light stabilizer for nitrocellulose lacquers, varnishes and oil-based paints.
