Lanco™ Glidd 6692 E by Lubrizol is a water-based wax dispersion. It is a multi-purpose additive that reduces the coefficient of friction and enhances scratch and abrasion resistance. It maintains very low porosity and slip without the use of PTFE.

It is suitable for use in stoving enamels such as can and coil coatings, as well as in packaging and industrial OEM coating applications.

Recommended use level of Lanco™ Glidd 6692 E is 1-5%, based on the total formulation.

Micronized, PTFE-modified polyethylene wax. Provides very good surface smoothness through combination of pure PTFE and hard polyethylene wax. Offers high scratch resistance and hardness. It gives good metal-marking resistance and mar resistance. Reduces coefficient fo friction. Increases abrasion resistance and slip. Exhibits slight matting and easy dispersibility. Used in powder and industrial coatings, wood coatings and UV-curing coatings, overprint varnishes, flexo and gravure inks. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Lanco™ 1410 SF by Lubrizol is a micronized, modified synthetic wax. It provides fine, smooth surface finish combined with an improved slip, scratch, and abrasion resistance. It can be used alone or in combination with silica matting agent. It offers enhanced anti-blocking properties. It shows good compatibility with acrylics, polyurethanes, alkyds, urethane alkyds, polyesters, epoxies, nitrocellulose and hybrid powder resin systems. This grade can be used in solvent-based, radiation-cured and water-based systems. Lanco™ 1410 SF is suitable for use in wood, UV, industrial and powder coatings. The recommended re-test date of the product is 1825 days after the date of manufacturing. The suggested use level is 1.0-2.5% based upon total formulation weight. The use level for powder coatings is 1-2.5% to achieve degassing effect and to improve scratch resistance & slip is 0.5-1.5%, based on the total formulation weight. Lanco™ A 1602 by Lubrizol is a micronized amorphous amide wax. Exhibits improved color stability due to an especially low amine value. Compatible with alkyds, nitrocellulose, 2K polyurethanes and acrylics. Offers good sandability, good gloss control, improved surface slip and matting properties. Possesses a soft & silky feel, good thermal stability, low melt viscosity and homogeneous particle size distribution. It improves the processing of polypropylene and PVC resins and improves thixotropic properties of asphalt, bitumen, paraffin and hydrocarbon resins. Recommended dosage level of Lanco™ A 1602 is 0.1-2.5% to improve surface finish and 1-5% to provide matting. Used in wood coatings, radiation cured coatings, varnishes, powder coatings, can coatings and primers. It has a shelf life of 730 days. Lanco™ PE 1500 F by Lubrizol is a micronized, hard polyethylene wax. Possesses homogeneous particle size distribution which makes it readily dispersible. Provides scratch-, abrasion-, polishing-, scuffing- and metal mark resistance. Offers gloss control by slight matting effect and increased slip. Recommended dosage level ranges between 0.25-2% to improve surface finish and 1-5% to provide matting. Lanco™ PE 1500 F is used in wood coatings, varnishes, industrial and powder coatings. Compatible with alkyds, 2K epoxies, nitrocellulose, PVC, polyesters and 2K, moisture cure and oil modified PU. It has a shelf life of 1825 days. Micronized and classified amide-modified synthetic wax. Provides improved surface slip and hardness in coating films. Offers improved antiblocking properties, and improved scratch resistance. Exhibits smooth, “soft feel” surface finish. Shows very good storage stability. Used for woodfinishes and varnishes, architectural coatings and powder coatings. Lanco™ TF 1830 N by Lubrizol is a micronized, stable combination of PTFE and polyethylene wax for fine surface texturing in powder coatings. It provides excellent scratch & abrasion resistance and increased surface slip by reduction of the coefficient of friction. This grade is compatible with polyesters, urethanes and hybrid systems. The suggested use level of Lanco™ TF 1830 N is 0.8-3%. The recommended re-test date is 1825 days after the date of manufacturing. Lanco™ Stat 308 by Lubrizol is a conductivity promoter and antistatic agent with improved flow. Designed for powder coatings. It improves the application coverage and film build rates by minimizing faraday cage effects. Lanco™ Stat 308 has a shelf life of 1 year. Recommended dosage level ranges between 0.5 to 1.5%. Compatible with hybrids, polyesters, urethanes, epoxies and acrylics. Lanco™ 2540 EF by Lubrizol is a modified polyolefin wax. Provides scratch, abrasion and rub resistance. Offers slip and COF modification. It decreases coefficient of friction with hardness.
