Aquaslip™ 942 C by Lubrizol is an nonionic emulsion of carnauba wax. It provides excellent surface protection in water-based coatings, offering clarity, superior slip, scratch-, block- and mar resistance without reducing gloss. It is easy to disperse and contains bio-based content. Aquaslip™ 942 C is used in baked can coatings and industrial OEM coatings. Aquaslip™ 656 by Lubrizol is an oxidized polyethylene wax. Provides good scratch resistance and slip. Exhibits good gloss retention and storage stability. Used in a wide range of applications in water-based coatings. Aquaslip™ 656 has a shelf life of 6 months and a usage level of 1.5-3%. Non-Ionic Emulsion of #3 Carnauba Wax. Designed to provide very good surface protection in water-based coatings. Provides superior slip and mar resistance, especially in baked can coatings, without lowering the gloss and also gives antiblocking properties. Possesses improved scratch, metal mark and abrasion resistance. Offers very good gloss retention. Shows compatibility over a wide range of system pH. Exhibits ease of incorporation and handling. Aquaslip™ 677 by Lubrizol is a modified paraffin wax emulsion. Improves slip and anti-blocking in most aqueous paints and coatings. Offers improved water resistance and lower friction. Provides very good blocking resistance. Exhibits minimal effect on gloss and recoatability. Used in water-based wood coatings, decorative coatings, varnishes and industrial coatings. Recommended dosage level of Aquaslip™ 677 is 2-5%. It has a shelf life of 6 months. Aquaslip™ 952 by Lubrizol is a non-ionic emulsion of #1 Carnauba wax. It is free of formaldehyde and alkylphenol ethoxylates (APE). Offers very good surface protection in water-borne coatings. Provides good slip and antiblocking. Offers improved scratch, metal mark and abrasion resistance. Imparts very good gloss retention. Exhibits ease of handling and incorporation and shows compatibility with a wide range of system pH. Used in can, coil, drum and industrial coatings. Aquaslip™ 952 complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300. It has a shelf life of 180 days and dosage level of 1-5%. Water based paraffin wax emulsion. Offers superior water resistance. Provides antiblocking and enhanced slip. Exhibits improved abrasion resistance. Improves water beading. Used in water-based applications like wood coatings, exterior stains, industrial coatings, varnished and clear coatings. Wax emulsion based on paraffin wax. Offers improved water resistance and lower friction. Provides very good blocking resistance and good recoatability.
