Aptalon™ M8120 by Lubrizol is a waterborne self-crosslinking polyurethane dispersion designed using patented polyamide polyol technology. Offers abrasion-, block-, chemical-, corrosion-, oil-, rub-, scratch-, scrub-, solvent- and stain resistance.<br>

It provides excellent resistance to hydrolysis, chemicals, and abrasion while still imparting superior hardness. This makes the polymer suitable for high-performance wood flooring applications, as it exhibits excellent wear in high traffic areas and on sports floors. Aptalon™ W8062 meets the performance properties of many solvent-borne finishes while being able to be formulated at a significantly lower VOC. The grade is NMP-, NEP- and APEO-free and meets US & EU VOC regulations. It has an excellent gloss retention leading to longer service life. The recommended re-test date for Aptalon™ W 8062 is 360 days after date of manufacturing. Aptalon™ W8030 by Lubrizol is a water-borne self-matting, self-crosslinking polyurethane dispersion. It has been designed using patented polyamide polyol technology and has a naturally low gloss that allows for the reduction or elimination of matting additives that are typically required in low gloss coatings. It provides excellent hydrolysis resistance, hardness, and chemical resistance. Aptalon™ W8030 is NMP-, NEP-, APEO-free and meets performance properties of many 2K solvent-borne finishes without the need for external cross-linkers. It is suitable for use in wood interior applications requiring high performance properties in a matte finish, decorative topcoat applications needing a flat look while maintaining color saturation. It has a shelf life of one year. Aptalon™ W8060 by Lubrizol is a water-borne self-crosslinking polyurethane dispersion. It uses patented Aptalon™ polyamide polyol technology. It is a NMP-, NEP-, APEO-free grade designed for high performance wood flooring applications. It offers hydrolysis resistance, good hardness and chemical resistance. Suitable applications include interior wood finishes for high demand applications, original and refinished wood floors. Coating formulations designed using Aptalon™ W8060 deliver very high-performance properties in 1 component system and finishes perform well in high traffic environments. It has a shelf life of 1 year. Aptalon™ M8100 by Lubrizol is a waterborne self-crosslinking 1K polyurethane dispersion designed using patented polyamide polyol technology. It offers durability for accelerated weathering performance, excellent hydrolysis-, corrosion-, chemical resistance, hardness that outperforms typical waterborne polyurethane chemistries. It is NMP-, NEP- and APEO-free. It is recommended for use in paint & coating topcoats for medium duty, metal substrates, interior/exterior applications, ISO category C1-C4 end use metal applications such as OEM factory and field applied, excellent waterborne topcoats in ACE, building construction and transportation component markets. Coatings based on Aptalon™ M8100 perform well in extreme exterior environments. It has a shelf life of one year. Aptalon™ 8080HS by Lubrizol is a high solids, NEP-, NMP- & APEO-free, waterborne, one component, self-crosslinking polyamide polyol polyurethane dispersion. It provides fast drying and equal protection with fewer application coats. It contains 35% bio-based carbon content designed for clear interior wood OEM finishes. It imparts excellent chemical-, mar-, scuff-, abrasion- and alkali resistance. It also offers freeze-thaw stability, black heel mark-, block-, dirt pick-up-, scratch- and water resistance. This glossy resin can perform without adding crosslinkers and reduces the risks of application associated with 2K systems. It forms hard and tough films & enables high film thickness applications reducing the number of system layers. Aptalon™ 8080HS is recommended for use in metal, protective, concrete floor and wood floor coatings. The product is also suitable for use in clear and pigmented topcoats. This grade requires less VOC to formulate (<275/102 grams/liter US/EU VOC using USA EPA method 24/European Union ISO 11890-2). It allows formulations to meet current US and EU VOC regulations. The recommended re-test date is 360 days after the date of manufacturing.
