ROLFLEX® BK 23 by Lamberti is an aromatic crosslinking agent free of pyrrolidone, oxime, pyrazole and formaldeyde derivatives. It is a non-ionic/slightly anionic blocked polyurethane in water dispersion. It <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It offers water and oil repellence, washing fastness and dry cleaning, in combination with fluoro-carbon or fluoro-free resins, on articles made with natural or synthetic fibers.</li>
<li> It can be combined with a wide range of polyurethane dispersions and acrylic emulsions, without compromising the pot-life of the formulation. </li>
<li> It is recommended for coating and printing applications. </li>
<li> The recommended dosage level is 5-10% on the total formulation. </li>
<li> ROLFLEX® BK 23 has a shelf life of 6 months. </li></ul> ROLFLEX® BK 40 by Lamberti acts as a crosslinking agent in coating pastes. It is a non-ionic/slightly anionic, aliphatic blocked polyurethane free of pyrrolidone, formaldeyde, ketoxime and pyrazole derivative. It improves fastness to washing, rubbing and dry cleaning. It can be formulated with waterborne polyurethane or acrylic resins to obtain compound with long pot-life. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It doesn't cause yellowing due to light, temperature, or atmospheric agents exposure. </li>
<li> It can be applied by padding, coating or printing. </li>
<li> It is a booster for water-repellent treatments. </li>
<li> The recommended dosage level is 5 to 10% for coating paste and for digital pigment printing 10 to 50 g/l. </li>
<li> ROLFLEX® BK 40 has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ROLFLEX® T 63 by Lamberti is a waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is suitable for use in textile and synthetic materials surface treatments. It has high adhesion on PVC and TPO substrates. It provides high performance as an adhesion promoter for PVC and TPO articles. It offers good ethanol resistance.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be applied by coating methods, alone or as part of a formulation.</li><li>It is used to increase the adhesion of top coats for PVC and TPO articles.</li><li>It increases flexibility, ethanol resistance, filmability and final gloss of formulations for the synthetic materials finishing. </li><li>It can be also applied as a primer to increase the adhesion between the fabric and the PVC coating. </li><li>It is suggested that the addition of a polyisocyanate or a carbodiimide is necessary to increase the fastness of the product.</li><li>ROLFLEX® T 63 has a shelf life of 10 months.</li></ul> ROLFLEX® HGT by Lamberti is a non-ionic, self-crosslinking, waterborne modified polyurethane. It is a reactive resin for formaldehyde free hydrophilic finishing. It has good washing fastness and does not turn yellow after thermal treatment or UV exposure. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It increases fibers hydrophilicity, (especially PES and other synthetic) promoting adsorption and evaporation of moisture. </li>
<li> It compatible with all non-ionic and anionic product and with most part of textile auxiliaries with light cationicity. </li>
<li> It offers anti-static properties and a voluminous & draping touch. </li>
<li> It improves rubbing and pilling fastness as well as the elasticity and washing fastness of “wash and wear” finishing. </li>
<li>It is used in coating fabrics.</li>
<li> ROLFLEX® HGT has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ROLFLEX® OP 180 by Lamberti is a polycarbonate based aliphatic polyurethane in aqueous dispersion. It is very suitable as a waterborne matt topcoat, to get outstanding physical and chemical resistance. It allows to obtain excellent heat and abrasion fastness.

It is solvent-free and doesn't contain silica, especially recommended for finishing articles that require superior mechanical properties, including wet and dry rubber resistance. </li>
<li>It is particularly resistant to mechanical action and does not produce any whitish effect. </li>
<li>It is used as a binder in leather finishing applications. </li>
<li>ROLFLEX® OP 180 has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ROLFLEX® T 87 by Lamberti is an anionic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is used in manufacturing of textile coating and synthetic materials. It exhibits good chemical-, hydrolysis-, solvent-resistance, good flexibility and good filming properties without usage of co-solvents.<br>

<li>It can be used as an additive to adjust the gloss of matt topcoats and increase filmability. </li>
<li>It is suggested to combine with a polyisocyanate or carbodiimmide to increase the fastness of the product. </li>
<li>ROLFLEX® T 87 has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ROLFLEX® OP 993 by Lamberti is an anionic waterborne dispersion of a very dull aliphatic polycarbonate-based polyurethane. It can be used as a high-performance matt topcoat binder in water-based systems. It provides opaque and warm waxy feel and good covering without burnishing effects.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be applied by spraying, knife-coating or gravure cylinder for the finishing of textiles and synthetic materials for upholstery, automotive and leather goods items. </li>
<li>ROLFLEX® OP 993 can be used as it is for an ultra-matt effect or can be mixed with other binders to reach the desired matt appearance. </li>
<li>It is recommended to be used with isocyanate or carbodiimide cross-linking agents in order to improve its excellent physico-chemical resistances. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ROLFLEX® CG 40 by Lamberti is an anionic polyester-based waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is suitable for use in water-based coagulation and textile lamination. It provides high softness and flexibility, good coagulation efficiency and stability in acidic, coagulation baths, high coupling effect for the lamination of textile and synthetic substrates.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be easily coated, printed and embossed after coagulation.</li><li>It can be applied by padding or coating for water-based coagulation in acid bath for the manufacturing of coagulated bases for synthetic material articles.</li><li>It can be applied by padding or coating as a component in formulations.</li><li>It is also used for textile and synthetic materials lamination and can be combined with solid and liquid additives to achieve the desired performance.</li><li>ROLFLEX® CG 40 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> ROLFLEX® ACF by Lamberti is an anionic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is mainly used in textile coating and synthetic materials manufacturing formulations. It offers excellent abrasion resistance, provides excellent chemical and rubbing fastness. It ensures high thermal and aging resistance.<br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suggested for coating technical articles that require high resistance to scratch, abrasion, chemicals and weathering. </li><li>It can be used as an overcoat component for manufacturing synthetic materials by direct and transfer coating.</li><li>It can be used as an additive (10–30%) in topcoat formulations to increase chemical and mechanical resistance.</li>
<li>It may require the addition of a polyisocyanate or carbodiimide to increase fastness.</li><li>ROLFLEX® ACF has a shelf life of 12 months. </li></ul> ROLFLEX® OP 997 by Lamberti is an anionic, silica-free, inherently matt waterborne polyurethane (PU) dispersion. It exhibits high thermal- & UV light stability, high matting yield and excellent abrasion- and scratch resistance. It is used as a binder for low gloss finishing formulations for textile and synthetic materials such as PVC, TPO & TPU, applicable by direct or transfer coating. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It increases the mechanical-, chemical- and weathering resistance of topcoat formulations. </li>
<li>It can be also used as an additive (10-30%) in ready-to-use formulations in order to enhance the durability of the low-gloss effect after UV exposure. </li>
<li>ROLFLEX® OP 997 is intended as a component of formulates or combinations of other water-based resins due to the high hardness. </li>
<li>The shelf life of this product is 12 months. </li></ul>
