ESAJET D9 by Lamberti is an NEP-free polyurethane in aqueous dispersion. It is used as a textile binder for white inkjet inks in DTF and DTG printing applications. It provides high hydrolysis resistance & washing fastness, and creates transparent, medium soft films. It shows excellent elastic properties and excellent compatibility with titanium dioxide. ESAJET D9 has a shelf life of 12 months. ESAJET 200 by Lamberti is a readily biodegradable binder specifically designed for aqueous pigmented inks in inkjet application. It is based on aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It is suitable for textile digital printers, with a very low influence on the final ink viscosity. It does not affect the pigments dispersion, with no significant impact on the particle size distribution in time.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides outstanding re-solubility in water and ink, making it completely safe for the printheads.</li>
<li>Due to its unique structure, it offers excellent washing resistance (60°C) and very good dry- & wet rub fastness (after fabric heating above 150°C).</li>
<li>It also creates soft hand of the printed fabric (after fabric heat treatment).</li>
<li>It is compatible with a broad range and in wide proportions of glycols in aqueous mixtures.
