EMADOX® A4

EMADOX® A4 by Labema Laboratories is a volatile organic compound (VOC)-free flash-rust inhibitor, which contains sodium nitrite. It is designed for the formulation of aqueous anti-corrosive primers, decorative paints and varnishes. It is active on steels, galvanized steels and aluminium. It is compatible with acrylic, alkyd, epoxy or polyurethane resins. EMADOX® A4 is suitable for in-can metal protection coating applications. The dosage level is 0.2 to 1.0% of the total weight and for sensitive metal substrates is 1.5 to 2% of the total weight.

EMADOX® ICP

EMADOX® ICP by Labema Laboratories is a volatile organic compound (VOC)-free, sodium nitrite-free flash-rust inhibitor. It is designed for the formulation of aqueous anti-corrosive primers, decorative paints and varnishes. EMADOX® ICP is suitable for in-can metal protection coating applications. The dosage level is 0.4 to 1.0% of the total weight. It complies with european ecolabel.
