Offers surface tension reduction in solvent-based applications for improved wetting, spreading, leveling and coating properties. Used in clearcoats. It can be applied with a low-pressure sprayer (<60 psi), roller or brush and is effective at low concentration. It is based on short-chain fluorochemical technology which meets the goal of the US EPA 2010/2015 PFOA Stewardship Program. Thetapel™ AM-5025 has a shelf life of 12 months.
