Omnirad 2022

Omnirad 2022 (Former Irgacure 2022) by IGM Resins is a highly efficient liquid curing agent that is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light. It acts as a type 1 free-radical photoinitiator.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for highly opaque furniture coatings or screen inks containing rutile titanium dioxide.</li><li>It is suitable for surface, through and LED cure.</li><li>It is applicable for white and water-based systems.</li><li>It is designed for UV-curable formulations for clear and pigmented coatings on wood, metal, plastic, paper and optical fibers as well as for printing inks.</li><li>Recommended dosage for clear acrylate coatings is 1.0-2.0%, 1.5-3.5% for white acrylate furniture coatings, 2.0-4.0% for white screen printing inks.</li><li>Omnirad 2022 has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul>

Photomer® 4356 by IGM Resins is a tri-functional acrylates monomer which can be polymerized in the presence of free radicals.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is typically designed for use in UV- and EB curable applications.</li><li>It offers high reactivity and high cross-linking density.</li><li>It exhibits excellent scratch-, abrasion-, water-, chemical & good heat resistance combined with low shrinkage and non-yellowing properties.</li><li>It is used in wood, metal, plastic and industrial coatings.</li><li>It is recommended for over print varnishes and electronics market.</li><li>Photomer® 4356 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>

Omnivadd SB Flakes by IGM Resins is an organic filler and rheology modifier. For absorbent substrates, it can act as a hold-out additive, preventing low viscosity coatings or inks from soaking into the substrate.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It helps in enhancing higher gloss, increases color strength and improves cure.</li><li>It is used in wood, metal and plastic coatings.</li><li>It is applicable for flexographic, offset & screen inks and over print varnishes.</li><li>The recommended addition level is 0.25-2.5% by weight, based upon total solids.</li><li>Omnivadd SB Flakes has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul>
