HALOX® 580 by ICL is a low-VOC, bio-based liquid corrosion inhibitor. It is cost-effective and provides improved adhesion, water resistance with synergistic benefits. It is non-flammable and shows good shelf stability.<br>

<li> It is sustainable, clean labeled, heavy metal-free, APEO-free, HAPS-free and non-hazardous for shipping and transportation.</li>
<li>It can be easily post added or added in the letdown stage.</li>
<li> It is suitable for thin-film coatings, acrylic emulsions, epoxies, water reducible alkyds, polyurethanes, alkyds and urethane alkyds.</li>
<li> HALOX® 580 is used for protection of waterborne clear coats, solvent-based, high solids, 100% solids paints, primer and direct-to-metal (DTM) coatings.</li>
<li> Recommended dosage level is 0.5-3.0% based on total formula weight.</li></ul> HALOX® 680 by ICL is a VOC-free, non-flammable, smart release anticorrosive pigment which releases a heterocyclic organic corrosion inhibitor from an
organic matrix that adsorbs on the metal surface and forms a protective film. It offers decreased cathodic delamination (undercutting) and improves cut edge protection.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is jet milled grade that provides increased intercoat coating adhesion and prevents osmotic blistering. It reduces cost by lowering zinc phosphate loading.</li>
<li>It acts synergistically with other corrosion inhibitors such as zinc phosphate, Z-PLEX 111, SZP-391, HALOX® 430 and Zn-free phosphates.</li>
<li>It can be formulated into solvent-based, high solid-, and powder coatings.</li>
<li>It is suitable for solvent-based primers & DTM alkyds, acrylics, water-based epoxies and urethanes, high solids and 100% solids, semi-gloss paints and coil coatings.</li>
<li>The dosage level of HALOX® 680 as a stand-alone corrosion inhibitor or as an adhesion promoter is 1-2% based on total formula weight (TFW).</li>
<li>When used in synergy with standard zinc phosphate the loading level of the product is typically 0.5-4% on total formula weight (TFW).</li></ul> HALOX® FLASH-X® 152 by ICL is an ultra-low-VOC flash rust inhibitor based on anodic passivating oxyanion. It is effective in preventing general flash rusting and weld seam corrosion. It is highly effective at relatively low loading levels as compared to other high and low VOC flash rust inhibitors. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is compatible with a variety of water-based resins without causing film sensitivity or package stability problems which can occur with other flash rust additives. </li>
<li>It is heavy metal-, APEO-, and HAPS free.</li>
<li>HALOX® FLASH-X® 152 is designed for industrial and architectural paints. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5% to stop flash rust and 1.0-2% to stop galvanic corrosion.</li></ul> HALOX® Z-PLEX 111 by ICL is a highly versatile and economical corrosion inhibiting pigment. It is zinc phosphate complex designed to compete head-to-head with standard zinc phosphate pigments. It is a white, non-refractive grade used in protective coating systems.<br>

<li>HALOX® Z-PLEX 111 has a shelf life of 36 months.</li></ul> HALOX® SZP-391 by ICL is a non-refractive, most efficient and versatile corrosion inhibiting pigment designed for long-term corrosion protection of coatings systems. It is a blend of strontium and zinc phosphosilicates. It is recommended for solvent-based epoxies, epoxy esters, polyurethanes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds (both traditional and high solids), polyesters and silicones.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for water-based epoxies, polyurethanes, polyurethane dispersions, water-reducible alkyds, alkyd dispersions, chlorinated polymers and acrylics.</li>
<li>It is designed for use in high acid value resins, latexes, catalyzed baking systems and vinylidene chloride latexes.</li>
<li>The fine particle size and low oil absorption of HALOX® SZP-391 makes it the pigment of choice in thin film applications (<1 mil or 25 microns).</li>
<li>The dosage level is 2-5% based on total formula weight in many water-based systems and 3-7% based on total formula weight in traditional solvent-based coatings.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 36 months.</li></ul> HALOX® XTAIN® L-47 by ICL is a zinc-free, ammonia-free, volatile organic compound (VOC)-free liquid tannin stain inhibiting additive. It is designed to stop tannin bleed in various waterborne coating systems such as acrylic emulsions and polyurethane dispersions (PUD) applied to a variety of wood species for example, redwood, merbau, and oak.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers superior performance without the need for Zn<sup>2+</sup> cations thus conforming to European ecolabel requirements.</li>
<li> HALOX® XTAIN® L-47 provides similar efficiency as its predecessor HALOX® XTAIN® L-44.</li>
<li> Recommended dosage level is 1-3% based on total formula weight.</li></ul> HALOX® SZP-395 by ICL is a white, non-refractive, efficient and versatile corrosion inhibiting pigment designed for protective coating systems. It is a proprietary blend of strontium and zinc phosphosilicates. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for use in a wide variety of resin systems such as alkyds (both traditional and high solids), epoxies, latexes, water-reducible alkyds, high acid value resins, catalyzed baking systems, and vinylidene chloride latexes.</li>

<li>It has a shelf life of 36 months.</li></ul> HALOX® FLASH-X® 330 by ICL is an effective, nitrite-free, low odor, liquid flash rust inhibitor. It is used in the manufacturing of water-based protective coatings for inhibition of in-can rusting for unlined metal containers. It is recommended for high gloss systems and does not detract from gloss.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is added to water jet-blasting solutions to provide temporary protection prior to applying the protective coating.</li>
<li>HALOX® FLASH-X® 330 is easy to use and can be incorporated at any stage of coating manufacture.</li>
<li>It can also be easily and effectively post added to any coating system.</li>
<li>The dosage level for flash-rusting application is 0.5-2% and for in-can rusting is 1.5-2.5%.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul> HALOX® 650 by ICL is an organic corrosion inhibitor primarily designed for coatings and primers on metal surfaces. It is a stand-alone inhibitor that provides synergy when combined with inorganic anti-corrosive pigments e.g. HALOX® 430 to maximize corrosion resistance. It will replace heavy metal e.g. Cr(VI) based corrosion inhibitors in many cases. It is suitable for solvent based epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, polyester, and alkyds: UV, wash and etch primers, coil, and powder coatings. <br>

It is specifically designed for use in solvent-borne or powder-coating applications to provide long-term corrosion protection. </li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 1-3% based on total formulation solids.</li>
<li>HALOX® 650 has a shelf life of 36 months.</li></ul> HALOX® 350 by ICL is a more active 97-100% solids organic corrosion inhibitor designed to stop flash rust, and in-can corrosion, and provide temporary corrosion protection. It is an effective replacement for toxic nitrite-based flash rust inhibitors.<br>
