VersaCure® RAC 3387 by Huntsman is a light-colored, low-viscosity, cycloaliphatic amine-based curing agent. It is recommended for use with liquid epoxy resins for solvent-free coatings. It has a convenient mix ratio of 2:1 by volume with RAR 900, a reactive diluent modified Bisphenol A epoxy resin. VersaCure® RAC 3387 gives good UV resistance and is excellent for coating concrete or wood. VersaCure® RAC 9968 by Huntsman is a modified aliphatic amine curing agent with high reactivity. It can be used as an accelerator in some formulations. It is excellent for cure under humid conditions as well as at low temperatures. VersaCure® RAC 9968 is designed for coating applications. VersaCure® RAC 9955 by Huntsman is an accelerated amine curing agent for epoxy resins. designed for coatings. Being very reactive, it is normally suitable for filled systems to minimize the strong exothermic rise in temperature on mixing the resin and hardener. Recommended mixing ratio is 16 phr with the standard bisphenol-A resin of EEW 182-192. VersaCure® RAC 9955 has a shelf life of at least 2 years. VersaCure® RAC 9059 LC by Huntsman is a low-viscosity, solvent-free, phenalkamine hardener based on cashew nut shell liquid. Phenalkamine hardeners are epoxy curing agents that provide rapid curing at ambient and low temperatures up to 5°C. It can cure in presence of moisture. It provides a non-critical mixing ratio and good adhesion to poorly prepared surfaces. VersaCure® RAC 9059 LC shows high chemical resistance, especially acid and alkalis. Recommended for marine-, industrial maintenance-, pipe relining-, tank- and heavy-duty anti-corrosive coatings. Recommended mix ratio with RoyOxy RAR 928 is 50 phr. It has a shelf life of at least 6 months. VersaCure® RAC 951 LV by Huntsman is a solvent-free, low-viscosity, ambient cure, phenalkamine curing agent with a non-critical mixing ratio. It is based on cardanol which is derived from cashew nut shell liquid. It provides a fast cure at low temperature (<40°F) with long pot-life. It exhibits good surface tolerance and excellent resistance to blush, tap water & seawater. VersaCure® RAC 951 LV is suitable for primers for concrete, tank & pipe linings s (including potable water contact), marine paints, industrial maintenance- and protective coatings. It is VOC-compliant. VersaCure® RAC 9969 by Huntsman is a phenol-free, modified aliphatic amine curing agent with high reactivity. It can also be used as an accelerator in some formulations. It shows a fast and low-temperature cure. VersaCure® RAC 9969 is used in coatings. VersaCure® RAC 950 by Gabriel Chemical is a phenalkamine-based epoxy curing agent with a non-critical mixing ratio. It is designed for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It exhibits good adhesion to poorly prepared surfaces and plastics. It shows high water- and chemical resistance. This grade cures at low temperatures in the presence of moisture. VersaCure® RAC 950 contains a solvent mixture of xylene, n-butanol, MEK and MIBK. Recommended for tank & pipe linings, high-solid epoxy primers, and marine-, surface tolerant- and masonry coatings. VersaCure® RAC 9964 by Huntsman is a low-viscosity, pale-colored, room-temperature epoxy curing agent. It is used in coating applications. VersaCure® RAC 9961 by Huntsman is a cycloaliphatic amine curing agent for epoxy systems. It is used to formulate flexible epoxy systems requiring a 1:1 mix ratio with RoyOxy RAR 928. It is designed for coating applications. VersaCure® RAC 9836 by Huntsman is a medium-viscosity, phenol-free, aliphatic amine-based epoxy curing agent. It is designed for solvent-free coatings cured at ambient temperature in combination with liquid bisphenol-A and bisphenol-F resins. VersaCure® RAC 9836 is used in tank & pipe linings, flooring systems and industrial maintenance coatings. It has a shelf life of at least 3 years.
