VersaCure® RAC 9961 by Huntsman is a cycloaliphatic amine curing agent for epoxy systems. It is used to formulate flexible epoxy systems requiring a 1:1 mix ratio with RoyOxy RAR 928. It is designed for coating applications. VersaCure® RAC 9082 by Huntsman is a phenalkamine-based curing agent derived from cardanol. It is recommended in combination with type one epoxy resins for heavy-duty anti-corrosive coatings, especially for marine applications. It exhibits rapid curing at room & low temperature, non-volatility, good flexibility, long pot-life and low odor. It shows excellent resistance to water, salt-water, moisture and chemicals such as acid & alkali. VersaCure® RAC 9082 is suitable for fast setting-, offshore- and medium solids industrial coatings as well as coatings for the transportation industry and for concrete. The shelf life is at least 1 year. VersaCure® RAC 3387 by Huntsman is a light-colored, low-viscosity, cycloaliphatic amine-based curing agent. It is recommended for use with liquid epoxy resins for solvent-free coatings. It has a convenient mix ratio of 2:1 by volume with RAR 900, a reactive diluent modified Bisphenol A epoxy resin. VersaCure® RAC 3387 gives good UV resistance and is excellent for coating concrete or wood. VersaCure® RAC 9964 by Huntsman is a low-viscosity, pale-colored, room-temperature epoxy curing agent. It is used in coating applications. VersaCure® RAC 952 by Gabriel Chemical is a solvent-free, phenalkamine curing agent with a non-critical mixing ratio. It provides excellent rapid cure properties even in less optimal conditions, including lower temperatures, poorly prepared surfaces and even wet surfaces. It shows excellent adhesion to the poorly prepared substrate. VersaCure® RAC 952 offers good water resistance, toughness and flexibility. Typical applications are industrial equipment and marine coatings due to high hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance. Recommended mix ratio with RAR 928 is 68.4 phr. It has a shelf life of is months. VersaCure® RAC 9837 by Huntsman is an aliphatic amine adduct curing agent for liquid epoxy resins. It exhibits excellent adhesion, fast reactivity and excellent chemical resistance. It offers good mechanical properties such as toughness. VersaCure® RAC 9837 is designed for tank linings, flooring and industrial maintenance coatings. Recommended mix ratio with RoyOxy RAR 928 is 35 phr. The shelf life is at least 2 years. VersaCure® RAC 9059 LC by Huntsman is a low-viscosity, solvent-free, phenalkamine hardener based on cashew nut shell liquid. Phenalkamine hardeners are epoxy curing agents that provide rapid curing at ambient and low temperatures up to 5°C. It can cure in presence of moisture. It provides a non-critical mixing ratio and good adhesion to poorly prepared surfaces. VersaCure® RAC 9059 LC shows high chemical resistance, especially acid and alkalis. Recommended for marine-, industrial maintenance-, pipe relining-, tank- and heavy-duty anti-corrosive coatings. Recommended mix ratio with RoyOxy RAR 928 is 50 phr. It has a shelf life of at least 6 months. VersaCure® RAC 9957 by Huntsman is an aliphatic amine adduct used to cure liquid and solid epoxy resins. It is designed for tank linings and industrial maintenance coatings. It shows good organic solvent and alcohol resistance. It offers a good coating appearance, low blushing, very fast reactivity and mechanical properties. VersaCure® RAC 9957 has a shelf life of at least 2 years. VersaCure® RAC 9947 by Huntsman is a modified aliphatic amine curing agent with fast cure rates at low temperatures. It is used in gel coatings. Recommended mix ratio with RAR 928 is 50 phr. VersaCure® RAC 9947 has a shelf life of at least 2 years. VersaCure® RAC 950 by Gabriel Chemical is a phenalkamine-based epoxy curing agent with a non-critical mixing ratio. It is designed for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It exhibits good adhesion to poorly prepared surfaces and plastics. It shows high water- and chemical resistance. This grade cures at low temperatures in the presence of moisture. VersaCure® RAC 950 contains a solvent mixture of xylene, n-butanol, MEK and MIBK. Recommended for tank & pipe linings, high-solid epoxy primers, and marine-, surface tolerant- and masonry coatings.
