ALBIFLEX® 296 by Evonik is epoxy-silicone copolymer. It is used as a base resin for formulating elastic coatings. Can be used as an additive for elastification of conventional, brittle epoxy resins. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> Provides outstanding adhesion on very many substrates, high mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, high elasticity even at low temperature, good aging resistance and very good dielectrical properties. </li>
<li> It can be used with almost all epoxy hardeners such as aliphatic and cycloaliphatic amines, poyaminoamides, acid anhydrides, dicyandiamide, and catalytic hardeners such as tertiary amines, imidazoles and BF3 complexes. </li>
